Information Technology Services (ITS)

The Information Technology Services (ITS) division provides the technological infrastructure and equipment to meet the needs of students, employees, and facilities, through various implementations in support of institutional and learning goals.

• This includes approximately 1000 nodes of virtual desktops (VDI); telecommunications and server infrastructure development; as well as data, application development, and integration services.

The Help Desk department (located in Building 30) provides direct customer service to students, employees, and classroom and office desktop computers.

• Our Customer Service Support Specialists are a skilled team committed to facilitating access to the technology students need to succeed.
