How to Submit a Ticket to the Help Desk
There are four ways to submit a Help Desk ticket:
- Send an email to the Help Desk at helpdesk@highline.edu with questions. By doing this, a Help Desk ticket will be issued.
- Submit a Help Desk ticket through the Highline ITS Web Help Desk online system.
- Call extension 4357 (HELP) or (206) 592-4357
- Visit the Help Desk in Building 30 during operating hours.
