How to Submit a Ticket to the Help Desk

There are four ways to submit a Help Desk ticket:

  1. Send an email to the Help Desk at helpdesk@highline.edu with questions. By doing this, a Help Desk ticket will be issued.
  2. Submit a Help Desk ticket through the Highline ITS Web Help Desk online system.
  3. Call extension 4357 (HELP) or (206) 592-4357
  4. Visit the Help Desk in Building 30 during operating hours.
