Tutorial: Logging into ctcLink through the Dashboard
If you have activated your ctcLink account and set up Multi-Factor Authentication on your Highline accounts, you can now log into ctcLink using your myHighline username and password through the Highline MyApps Dashboard.
This page will guide you through the log in process. You can also watch a step-by-step video tutorial.
Instructions
Note: Images will vary based on your device and settings.
Step 1
Sign in with your myHighline username and password at the Highline MyApps Dashboard.
- Note: If you are asked to set up Multi-Factor Authentication before continuing, see the Guide to Okta.

Step 2
Once logged in, you will see the apps available to you on the dashboard. Highline apps will be listed at the top of the screen (such as Canvas and Aviso) and ctcLink apps are listed below.

Below you will find instructions on the three app options available to you:
- Option 1 – ctcLink Mobile (Recommended)
- Option 2 – ctcLink Homepage
- Option 3 – ctcLink MyAccount
Option 1 – ctcLink Mobile (Recommended)
Step 1.a
To use the ctcLink Mobile website, click the ‘ctcLink Mobile’ tile.

Step 1.b
You will be taken to the ctcLink Mobile springboard (dashboard). Click the ‘ctcLink Login’ tile.

Step 1.c
The ctcLink Mobile Dashboard will load.

Option 2 – ctcLink Homepage
Step 2.a
To use the main ctcLink Homepage (or Gateway), click the ‘ctcLink’ tile.

Step 2.b
If you have a role at more than one Washington Community or Technical College, you may be asked to choose your college. In this case, choose ‘Highline College.’

Step 2.c
The ctcLink Gateway homepage will load.

Option 3 – ctcLink MyAccount
Step 3.a
ctcLink MyAccount is where you can update your ctcLink password or MFA settings directly.
- Remember that your ctcLink MyAccount is your Washington State student account, and is separate from your myHighline student account, which is just for Highline College.
Click the ‘okta ctcLink MyAccount’ tile.
