Highline Printing Guide
PaperCut
- For large print jobs, please talk to Print Services
Students, faculty, and staff at Highline have access to PaperCut, a printing management system that allows users to send print jobs to a universal queue that can be securely accessed at any of the college’s physical print stations. It is efficient and easy to use. Users do not need to know the name of a specific printer, and the print job is held in their PaperCut queue for 24 hours before being deleted, so if they need to walk to a different printing station, they do not have to re-send the file within that time. This reduces wastes and makes printer administration much simpler.
