ID Numbers
Each user will receive an email from PaperCut when their account is created with their six-digit ID number. This ID number is unique to each user, and will be required to access the control panel on the new Canon Mutli-Function Devices (MFDs) to release print jobs, make copies, or scan documents. This email will come from papercut-no-reply@highline.edu with the subject of “PaperCut – New ID number” or “PaperCut – New PIN number.’
It is important that you remember this ID number. Please contact the ITS Help Desk if you cannot find this email.
Finding your ID number on the PaperCut User Dashboard
Your ID number can be found on the web-based PaperCut user dashboard, found through MyApps.
After logging in, one of the available tiles is ‘Card/ID,’ and if you click the green [Show] it will display your ID number.
