The mission of Highline College ITS Security is to promote a culture of shared responsibility to safeguard personal and institutional data, assist the Highline College community by monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting threats to information assets, advise on risk management and on contracts related to data security, provide in-person and online education, consult on incident management, and develop and manage College policies related to information security using industry standards (ISO27002).
