myHighline Password Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging in to your myHighline account, first make sure you have activated your myHighline account! 

If your myHighline account has been activated, use the following suggestions:

Forgotten your username or password?

  • You may recover your myHighline username or password by answering some security questions. If you have forgotten your security answers, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
  • If you need assistance from IT Help Desk staff with your username or password, your student ID (9-digit ctcLink number) will be required. If you are contacting us by phone or email, we may require additional identifying information for verification purposes.

“Logged into too many stations simultaneously”

  • If you get this message, please bring your student ID to the IT Help Desk in Building 30. We will verify your account information and fix the problem.

“Account is expired”

  • If you get this message, please bring your student ID to the IT Help Desk in Building 30. We will verify your account and registration information and fix the problem.
  • If the problem is in the college registration or payment system, we will refer you to registration or the cashiers.
