MacOS Setup

Guide to setting up the GlobalProtect VPN client on MacOS.

Instructions

Note:  You can also follow Apple’s Guide to setting up a VPN connection using default configurations.

Note: Images may vary based on your device and settings.

Step 1

After downloading the GlobalProtect installation file, open it to begin the installation process.

Step 2

You will be promoted to either upgrade it (it is already installed) or install the application. Once selected, proceed to the next step by clicking the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 3

Select the ‘Install’ button to continue with the installation on the MAC with the recommended default settings.

Step 4

You will be asked to enter your MAC password to approve the installation.

Step 5

Once the installation is complete, you can click the ‘Close’ button to complete the installation.

Important!  When you are done working online, please make sure to disconnect to end your session and free up usage for other users.
