Watermark/Aviso Login

Since Fall Quarter 2022,  students have been connecting with their advisors, instructors, and other services such as Tutoring and Counseling, through a tool called Watermark Student Success and Engagement (and known as Aviso here at Highline College).

You can use Aviso to:

• Manage and engage your advising caseload, by sending messages and scheduling advising appointments (as well as sharing information about drop-in advising hours)
• Make appointments for students with other student support areas, like tutoring
• Send alerts to other student support areas on behalf of students for warm hand-offs
• Help students plan their courses so they complete their degrees on schedule
• View real-time updates on your students’ information
• Follow, filter and pull reports on your students and others

Learning Aviso

Aviso uses a new system for security called Okta. Make sure you set up your Okta access before coming to any workshops.

• Tuesdays, 10:00-11:00am on Zoom, with Lynn Hermanson
• Thursdays, 2:00-3:00pm on Zoom, with Lynn Hermanson
